The Traditional Class is a 2 hour Sushi Experience that focuses on the basics. We will start off our experience talkinga bout the tools and trick of the trade then dive into the origins of sushi and roll our way to the modern day. We will cover sashimi, nigiri, traditional rolls and specialty rolls.
